Our Story: Building Independence, One Step at a Time Since our founding in 2016, Winfield Mount Health Services has been dedicated to creating opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. What began as a single group home has grown into a trusted provider of services that promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life.

Population We Serve

Winfield Mount Health Services proudly serves adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities who may also have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness. Our services are designed to support individuals in achieving independence and improving their quality of life through personalized care and comprehensive support.

    :: Individuals with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability.

    :: Those who may have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness.

  • Sex & Age Group

    Services are available to male individuals aged 18 and older.

  • Service Areas

    We provide services across Northern Virginia, including the Fairfax community.
